| 摘 要： | 人民的生活质量是衡量社会进步的标志之一,与健康相关的生活质量反映了人们在日常生活中身体活动、心理、社会、生理健康程度.SF - 36量表在测量都市老年人健康相关生活质量中具有较高的整体信度和效度.体育生活方式对健康相关生活质量产生了显著性影响,其中影响最大的是每次锻炼时间.通过回归方程可以有效地预测都市老年人健康相关生活质量.
