| 摘 要： | 对12名散打运动员进行Wingate测试，探讨了最大功率的时间特征，同时发现散打运动员最大功率／体重，平均功率／体重存在运动水平差异，负荷后血乳值也存在运动水平的差异，但负荷后心率没有出现运动水平的差异，说明了Wingate测试对评价散打运动员的运动水平具有重要的意义，30s负荷后血乳值达到较高的水平（优秀组：12．38mmol/L,一般组：10．18mmol/L)，提示散打运动项目是一项以无氧代谢供能为主的运动项目。

| Abstract: | Through the Wingate test of 12 sanda players, it is discussed the timely features of max capacity. It is discovered that there is sport level difference between players' max capacity/weight and average capacity/weight. After loading, blood lactate differs with the different level, but no difference of the heart rate. It shows that Wingate test is significant for sanda players' level. |
