摘    要:高原低氧环境对人体的影响是一个涉及生理学、高山医学、大气物理学等多种学科的复杂问题,这些因素往往综合作用于人体,低氧是关键性的因素,其人体出现适应性改变。现代高原医学研究表明,机体低氧适应机制的建立取决于对低氧应激反应能力,所以,低氧环境对人体健康是有着有利的一面,充分利用低氧适应基因及其诱导调控机制,可以有效开发高原医学研究及治疗心脑血管等疾病,探究人体在低氧环境下的应激反应和适应性有着巨大的可开发的应用价值。

Abstract:The effect of high altitude hypoxia environment on the human body is a complex problem involving physiol-ogy,mountain medicine,atmospheric physics and other disciplines and these factors usually act on the human body in a comprehensive way,among which hypoxia is the crucial factor leading to the emergence of human body’s adaptability change. Modern plateau medical research shows that hypoxia adaptation mechanism de-pends on the establishment of stress reaction to hypoxia ability. Therefore,hypoxia has a beneficial side to hu-man health and a full use of hypoxia’s adaptation gene and its induced regulation mechanism can the effectively develop high altitude medical research and treat cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases,which is of vital application value to exploring the human stress response in hypoxia environment.
