| 摘 要： | 本文在强调培养提高青少年篮球意识重要性的基础上,从篮球运动员的心理素质要求、重视少年时期篮球意识的培养、加强技战术的训练、坚持心理训练与身体训练相结合、多组织比赛及比赛规则的制定应利于青少年篮球意识的培养等诸方面论述了如何培养青少年篮球运动员的技战术意识。
