| 摘 要： | 近年来,发生在我国党政干部中的职务犯罪现象比较严重,特别是贫污贿赂、渎职侵权犯罪呈上升趋势,并显示出新的特点。职务犯罪严重危害了人民的生命财产安全,造成了公共财产的大量流失,扰乱了社会主义市场经济秩序,破坏了社会主义民主政治建设,践踏了社会主义法制原则,侵蚀了党的肌体和危害国家的长治久安。党政干部职务犯罪已经成为,并将继续成为广大人民群众关注的社会热点和焦点问题。如果不解决好党政干部职务犯罪问题。改革、发展、稳定就没有坚强的政治保证, 党和政府就会严重脱离群众,就有亡党亡国的危险。本文从如下方面提出了防范党政干部职务犯罪的对策;加快体制改革和制度建设,逐步建立严密的预防职务犯罪体系,加强对权力的制衡和监督;加强思想政治工作;围绕权力的使用开展教育;进一步加大打击力度;提高执法队伍素质等。力求做到从源头上预防和遏制我国党政干部职务犯罪。

| Abstract: | In r'ecent years, the phenomenon of the occupational crimes which occurred in theleaders of the Party and the Government is very serious; especial of the crimes of embezzlementand greasing, crime of misconduct in office and violation upon others' lawful rights or intersets, appear upward tendency showing a new character.The occupational crime, which does great harmto the people's safety of the people's life and properties, has made a large amount of state propertylost, disturbing the order of the socialist market economy, breaking the construction of the socialistdomestic politics, trampling on the principles of socialist legal system, corroding the body of theParty and endangering the State's long period of peace and stability . |
