| 摘 要： | 由于船用异步电动机最常见的故障是绕组烧毁和绝缘击穿,所以其热态温度检测和短路点的快速判断，对现场维修人员尤其重要。使用电阻法和短路侦察器能提高日常检测及修理效率，而掌握空壳电机重绕的估算方法及有效运用可节约时间和资源，提高修理工艺。

| Abstract: | Because the most common faults of marine asynchronous motors are winding burned and insulation breakdown, it is important for the service men to check the temperature and short circuit point. The usage of resistance and short circuit detector can improve the efficiency of routine checking and repairing, while grasping the shell winding way and available time and resources can promote repairing technique. |
