| 摘 要： | 随着国际政治格局多元化、经济全球化、科技现代化、社会信息化的快速发展,新的思想理念、生活方式、价值观念等对当今学校德育工作带来了巨大的冲击。面对新形势下的挑战,加强学校德育建设,探索学校德育工作的有效发展,已成为学校全面提升人才培养质量所面临的普遍课题与紧迫任务。素质领先,德育优先,德育是学校实施素质教育的灵魂。审视传统德育经验,针对当今普遍存在的德育工作实效性不强的现状,笔者认为,班主任作为学校德育工作的主力军,在倡导素质教育的今天,其在充分发挥德育工作的实效性方面所发挥的重要作用应予以高度重视。

| Abstract: | With the rapid development of international political pattern diversification,economic globalization,science and technology modernization,social informationization,new thoughts and ideas,life styles,concept of value,etc.bring about huge impact on college moral work nowadays.The widespread topic and urgent mission in promoting the quality of cultivating the talented should be stressed on facing up challenges under the new situation,strengthening moral construction and investigating valid development of moral work.Quality-oriented and moral education-centered,moral education is the soul in quality education.Considering the current situations of lacking of the actual effect of moral education and rethinking traditional moral notions,in writer's opinion,teachers in charge of the class,as main force of moral education,should be paid much more attention to so that they can exert all their powers in bumping up the effect of moral education when quality education is being strongly advocated nowadays. |
