| 摘 要： | 通过问卷调查、文献资料、数据统计等方法,对我院大学生体育能力的现状进行分析和研究。研究结果表明:我院学生在体育能力的几个方面都存在着不足,建议在体育教学中要加强体育理论教育,改进教学方法,注重学生自主健身的意识和能力的培养,同时也要加大资金的投入,建设学院的体育设施,以满足学生课外健身活动的需求。

| Abstract: | A survey had been done to analyze and research the current gymnastic capability of our students through the ways of "Documentation", "Questionnaire", and "Statistic". The survey shows the points of our students' gymnastic ability. This article suggests to strengthen theory education, improve the teaching methods, focus on developing the students' consciousness and capacity on the self-initiative fitness,what's more, much more funds should be devoted to establish our school's gymnastic facilities in order to satisfy the needs of the students' fitness activities after class. |
