数控机床可维修性设计及其关键技术研究

摘    要:故障作为随机事件是不可避免的,而可靠性设计从某种意义上讲又是靠大量的可靠性测量分析与储备。为此人们在设计中,在对关键的零部件进行适当的可靠性储备的同时,应更多地注重于产品的可维修性设计,可维修性设计虽然会使成本有所增加,但较之在产品开始产生之后,再对设计进行修改而带来的经济损失和声誉损失,仍然是相当经济的。本文重点从设计措施入手研究提高数控设备维修性的新途径,使数控产品的故障诊断和维修既方便又快捷,并在此基础分析冗余设计的维修性设计技术。

Maintainable Design of NCN Lathes and Its Critical Technology
Abstract:Although malfunction is inevitable as random events, reliability design is, to some extent, based on large amount of reliable measurement, analysis and reservation. During the design process, maintainable ability should be stressed and it is economical compared with the cost and financial loss of redesign and modification after putting the machine into use. Starting with design, this paper mainly deals with new approaches of NCN lathes’ maintainability, aiming at convenient and quick methods of CNC malfunction diagnose and maintenance. Furthermore, maintainable technology of redundancy design is also analyzed.
