| 摘 要： | 本文对引进日立技术为山东邹县电厂生产的首台1000MW超超临界汽轮发电机关键部件——定子铁心装配的概况、特点、工艺流程进行了介绍,并对铁心装压主要工艺过程质量控制方法的重点、难点进行了详细介绍,探讨和总结出了一套切实可行的检验方法。目的是通过对质量控制要点进行详细总结和探讨来规范和固化检查员今后对为我公司今后对超超临界汽轮发电机定子铁心装配的质量控制手段方法,为公司批量生产的1000MW超超临界汽轮发电机及核电定子铁心装配进行质量控制奠定了坚实可行的基础。

| Abstract: | This essay introduces the survey,characteristics and technical process of the assembly of the stator core——a key part of 1000MW ultra supercritical steam generator,which was the first set of the type and made by Shandong Zouxian Power Plant with the introduction of a Hitachi technology,and furthermore gives a detailed introduction to the quality control method of the main pressure mounted technical process of the core,explores and sums up a set of practical testing methods.The purpose is to regularize and immobilize inspectors' quality control measures and methods of assembling our ultra supercritical steam generator stator cores henceforth though the detailed summary and discussion on the key quality control points,and to lay a practical basis of assembly quality control for 1000MW ultra supercritical steam generators and nuclear electricity state cores which will volume-produced in our corporation. |
