| 摘 要： | 本文从重装企业对高职人才需要出发,从源头入手,通过调研分析确定培养目标,并基于校企合作制定的《焊接制造岗位职业标准》、重装焊接产品的制造工艺过程和学生未来的人生发展历程,校企联合制定人才培养方案、重构课程体系、开发核心课程、打造实训基地和师资队伍、实施教育教学和成绩考核,建立了具有重装特色的校企合作、工学结合高职焊接专业"双核心闭环"人才培养模式,提出了提高质量和服务经济社会能力的系统解决方案。

Innovation of Higher Vocational Welding Professionals Training Mode with Features of Heavy Equipment Based on Standards of Occupational Posts |

| Abstract: | Proceeding from the need for higher vocational talents by heavy-equipment enterprises,starting with the source and through investigation and research,we have determined the training objectives of the major.Based on Occupational Standards of Welding Posts formulated jointly by colleges and enterprises,the manufacturing process of heavy equipment welding products,the students'developing course in future,we have worked out the project of talent training,reconstructed the curriculum system,developed some core curriculums,created practical training bases and qualified teachers,carried out education,teaching and assessment of results,constituted a higher vocational "double-core closed loop"welding professionals training mode with features of heavy equipment,cooperation of college and enterprise and combined with work and studies,put forward a systematic project to improve the teaching qualities and the abilities of serving the economy and society. |
