| 摘 要： | 党中央、国务院提出建设创新型国家,是事关社会主义现代化建设全局的重大战略决策。建设创新型国家,就要培养高水平创新人才,充分发挥科技人才的积极性、主动性、创造性。高等职业院校是培养社会主义建设的高技能人才的摇篮,高技能人才的创新意识和能力的培养事关人才的质量。本文就创新型技能人才的涵义以及所具有的素质特质作出了初步分析,对西部职业教育基地如何培养创新型技能人才作了一定的探索,以期对职业教育实践有一定的参考。

| Abstract: | As the CPC Central Committee and the State Council have made a strategic decision to build China into an innovation-oriented country,we should foster high level innovation-oriented talents training,giving full play to the initiative and creativity ability of scientific and technological talents.Vocational colleges are cradles for training high skilled talents for socialism construction.This paper analyses the meaning and qualities of innovation-oriented skilled talents and discussed how to cultivate innovation-oriented talents on the vocational education bases of Western China. |
