| Abstract: | Significance of collectively running schools by vocational education groups in Sichuan:satisfying the urgent needs for large quantities of skilled personnel during the industrialization development in Sichuan,forming diversified main bodies of running schools,enlarging school-running sizes,deepening the connotation development and enhancing the social functions of vocational training.The forming approach of vocational education groups in Sichuan:the approach of forming vocational education groups by industries and districts.The main characteristics of management system of industrial vocational education groups are"government planning as a whole,advancing on two ways,connecting by contracts,influencing by leading ones,integration of schools and enterprises".The running mechanism:coordination mechanism,motivation mechanism and control mechanism. |
