谈谈学校美育教师的基本能力和素养——兼及加强和改进师范艺术教育

摘    要:美育是一种特殊的教育形态,其具体目标是“提高学生审美和人文素养”,也就是促进学生审美发展。美育教师就是在教育教学过程中实现上述目标的专业人员,他们的能力和素养如何直接影响到美育目标的实现程度。加强和改进美育工作需要成千上万合格美育教师,而美育教师的培养要以对学校美育教师的基本能力和素养认知为前提。因此,学校美育教师基本能力和素养的研究是当前一项紧迫任务。根据学校美育的目标,结合我国师范艺术教育专业现状,学校美育教师的基本能力和素养主要有下列几个方面:掌握最基础的美育知识,理解所承担的艺术教育课程的美育目标;熟练掌握一门艺术的技能及其表情达意的语言;掌握至少一门艺术的系统知识,并能够理解和阐释这一门艺术中经典作品的人文内涵;从理论上认识儿童审美发展的心理特点;掌握“遵循美育特点”的有效教学方法;具备组织和辅导学生艺术社团活动的多方面能力。

On Basic Ability and Quality of Aesthetic Education Teachers in Schools--A Concurrent Discussion on Strengthening and Improving Normal School Art Education

Abstract:Aesthetic education is a special educational form whose specific goal is to promote the aesthetic development of students,that is“to improve students aesthetic and humanistic quality”.Aesthetic education teachers are professionals who achieve the above goals in the process of education and teaching.Their ability and quality directly affect the realization of aesthetic education goals.Strengthening and improving aesthetic education work requires thousands of qualified aesthetic education teachers,and the training of them should be based on the basic ability and quality cognition of aesthetic education teachers in schools.Therefore,the research on the basic ability and quality of aesthetic education teachers in schools is an urgent task at present.According to the goals of school aesthetic education and the current situation of the art education major in normal schools in China,the basic ability and quality of school aesthetic education teachers mainly include the following aspects:the mastery of systematic knowledge on at least one art,the understanding of aesthetic education goals of art education courses;the full acquisition of skills in an art as well as their linguistic expressions;the mastery of systematic knowledge on at least one art and be able to understand and interpret its aesthetic and humanistic connotations of classic works;the theoretical understanding of psychological characteristics of children s aesthetic development;the mastery of effective teaching method“following the characteristics of aesthetic education”;and the ability to organize and guide students art community activities in many aspects.
