| 摘 要： | 中共中央办公厅、国务院办公厅于2020年10月15日印发《关于全面加强和改进新时代学校美育工作的意见》,这是全面推进新时代学校美育改革发展,构建德智体美劳全面培养教育体系的纲领性文件。从《意见》的出台背景、主要特点、重要创新三个维度对《意见》进行全面解读,可重点分析《意见》所具有的新时代特征,特别是《意见》在美育及其育人价值导向、美育课程与教材体系建设、深化美育教学改革、改善美育办学条件等方面的创新之处。

| Abstract: | The Guideline on Strengthening and Improving Aesthetic Education in Schools in the New Era,issued by General Office of the CPC Central Committee and General Office of the State Council on October 15,2020,is a programmatic document on a comprehensive improvement to the aesthetic education reform and development in schools in the new era,as well as to the construction on an education system of all-around cultivation on moral,intellectual,physical,aesthetic and labor education.This paper aims to conduct a comprehensive interpretation to the dimensions of the issuing background,main features and important innovation in the document,focusing on the features of new era in this guideline,especially its innovation in aesthetic education and the value orientation to the education,the construction of aesthetic education curriculum and textbook system,as well as in deepening aesthetic education reform and improving the condition to run schools,etc. |
