绵羊微卫星标记与部分毛用性状的关系研究

摘    要:根据Genbank在绵羊1、6号染色体上选取了5个微卫星基因座,对待测绵羊群体所有的表型数据资料按基因型分组进行方差分析和多重比较后,得出结论: OarJMP8可以对羊毛自然长度性状进行标记。BM6438和BM6506可以对羊毛细度进行标记。在绵羊六号染色体上的OarJMP8附近存在控制羊毛自然长度的QTLs;在绵羊第1号染色体的BM6438和BM6506区域可能存在控制羊毛细度的QTLs。

Abstract:Selected five microsatellites loci in sheep 1st and 6th chromosome from Genebank, according to genotype group the sheep wools phenotypes data of the tested population,and analyzed by ANOVA and multiple comparisons,the result showed:OarJMP8 could marked the wool natural length,BM6438 and BM6506 could marked the wool fiber diameter.Maybe have QTLs controlled wool natural length in sheep 6th chromosome in OarJMP8 in their neighborhood,and maybe have QTLs controlled wool fiber dismeter in sheep 1st chromosome between BM6438 and BM6506
