摘    要:文化生产力,既是一个理论问题,更是一个实践问题,重在建设和发展。文化是生产力,反映了当代生产力的重大特征。物质生产者与精神生产者在相对独立的发展过程中形成了具有自身内在特征的生产力形态。发展文化生产力,机制和体制创新是关键。

Abstract:The proposition that culture constitutes a productive force is based on both theoriesand practice.As a productive force,culture should be well constructed and developed.The proposition shows the significantfeatures of contemporary productive forces.The producers of both materials and ethic have created various forms of productive forces with their respective characteristics in relative independentdevelopment.When developing productive forces,it is important to perform innovation in systems and institutions.
