| 摘 要： | 中西文化中的社会概念具有相当大的意涵区分,学界围绕滕尼斯与马克思的社会概念展开了激烈的争论。国家与社会、个人与社会的关系或矛盾都可以通过社会更多地成为公民社会来化解。真正的社会本位确立,就是公民社会主题承诺的落实及其形态典范的创制。中国构建和谐社会,必须有一般方法论原则和具体的资源路径保驾护航。
