| 摘 要： | 综述了生态文明的定义、内涵、特征、理论依据和现实基础。从人和自然的本体关系,有利于中国现代化发展模式的转型及社会主义政治的合法性三个方面论述了生态文明对全国建设小康社会和和谐社会发展的价值和意义。简述了生态文明的基本理念,强调生态文明建设是一项系统工程,具有多维度、多层面的特征。
