| Abstract: | In the area of environmental rights infringement,the principle of non-liability fault has become a mainstream.The extraordinary appreciation of the principle of non-liability fault lies in the fact that this principle can most effectively relieve victims of environmental rights infringement,safeguard their rights and well protect natural environment.The author of this paper conducts both theoretical and rational analyses of the environmental rights infringement applicable to the non-liability fault. |
