激励视角下的高校图书馆人力资源管理

摘    要:激励是图书馆人力资源管理的核心。通过激励,可以吸引、留住、合理使用人才,可以调动员工的积极性和创造性,激励是高校图书馆发展的关键。依据国内外相关激励理论,提出高校图书馆人力资源激励管理应遵循的原则,分析了高校图书馆人力资源存在的问题,从外部环境、内部制度、员工发展、文化激励方面给出了高校图书馆人力资源激励管理的路径选择及应对措施。

Abstract:Being the core of human-resources management of college libraries,motivation is often employed as one of the most important methods to attract,retain and employ reasonably professionals and to arouse their enthusiasm and creativity,motivation is the key factor of the development of libraries.In terms of the motivation theories in China and foreign countries,the paper presents the principles to be used for motivation in human-resources management of college libraries,analyzes the problems that exists in human-resources management of college libraries,and provides with the available approaches and the corresponding measures for human-resources management of college libraries from the aspects of external environments,internal regulations,staff development and culture motivation.
