摘    要:运用教育文化学理论揭示学科文化建设的本质。从文化功能、文化创新、文化现代化上论述了学科文化、环境和氛围营造的意义;从学科文化属性、特征和内容上揭示出学科文化建设本质是以文化为内容和手段的管理理论体系;通过相关性分析,论证了培养目标、课程和教材、教师群体发展、校园环境的文化选择;从学科管理的"多角关系"上阐发出高校学科建设的对策:治校人性化,治教重在治心;坚持包容开放理念,尊重学术自由;维护学术道德,规范学术行为;倡导人文关怀,营造和谐的人际关系;提高审美能力,优化学科生长环境;弘扬民族文化精粹,构筑人文科学精神。

Abstract:In terms of the theories of education culture science,this paper shows the nature of the discipline culture construction.The meanings of constructing discipline culture,environment and atmos- phere are expounded from the aspects of functions,innovation and modernization of culture.In the pa- per,the nature of the discipline culture construction is regarded as a theoretical system of management from the viewpoints of the cultural attributes,characteristics and contents of disciplines.The system takes culture as its contents and means.Through the analysis of their pertinence,the paper discusses the training objectives,courses and textbooks,development of teacher groups and cultural selection of campus environments,providing six discipline construction measures for institutions of higher education on the basis of the multilateral relations in discipline management.The first measure is to be humane in student management and considerate in teacher administration.The second is to be open-minded and protect academic freedom.The third one is to maintain academic ethics and regulate academic behavior. The forth one is to be humane and construct harmonious interpersonal relations.The fifth is to be aes- thetics-oriented and optimize the discipline construction environments.The last measure is to develop the essence of traditional Chinese culture and establish humane and scientific spirits.
