| 摘 要： | 全面小康社会是我国经济社会发展的宏伟战略目标。高等教育战线也面临着一个把什么样的高等教育带入小康社会,特别是要跻身世界创新型国家行列需要什么样的高等教育,如何贯彻落实中国教育中长期改革和发展纲要等问题。从大改革、大发展、大提高是改革开放以来的高等教育改革的基本经验;中国高等教育发展又到了一个关键时期;来一次教学方法的大改革——深化教学改革的切入点和突破口;把一个什么样的高等教育带入小康社会等方面论述了中国高等教育的目前形势和面临的新任务。
