| 摘 要： | 任何事物的发展都离不开"力"的作用。民办高校发展的动力,主要是党和政府制定的有关政策法规的驱动力、国家经济和社会发展的牵引力、与国内同行竞争的刺激力、国际名校的吸引力,以及民办高校自身所具有的内动力。内动力是民办高校发展的根本动力,而决策机制及执行效力则是民办高校内动力诸要素中最重要的因素。在"同是一片天"的前提下,各民办高校在日趋激烈的新的竞争中能否立于不败之地,归根结底在自己本身。

| Abstract: | Nothing could develop without the effect of "forces".The motivating forces of private universities refer to the driving power of relevant rules and regulations set up by the Party and the government,the pulling force of national economy and social development,stimulus from competitors in the sane occupation,the force of attraction from the domestic famous universities and the inner motive power within the private universities themselves.The inner motive power is the basic impetus for the development of private universities while decision-making mechanism and executive efficacy are the most important two factors of all the factors for the inner motive power of private universities.On the premises of "the same sky",whether private universities can establish themselves in the impregnable position in the increasingly vigorous competition is,in the ultimate analysis,rely on themselves. |
