| 摘 要： | 大学是一种特殊的组织,同企业相比有着本质的区别。大学的特殊性体现在文化的自由性、组织内核的学术性、产出的模糊性和产品效益的滞后性、大学组织的公益性、运营的非营利性、特殊的经济性、组织中权力结构的多元性、矛盾的多元复杂性、思想的超前性和生命常青性等方面。在研究大学组织的过程中,务必考虑大学的这些特殊性质,不能全盘照搬企业的发展规律和研究理论成果。

| Abstract: | As a special organization,a university is quite different from an enterprise in nature.The particularities of a university lie in the following aspects: freedom of its culture,academic activities inside its organizational kernel,ambiguity of its output,time lag of its products' benefits,public welfare of a university's organization,non-profit-making of its operation,special features in its economy,pluralism of the organization's power structure,complexity of its contradictions,forward thinking in its thoughts,endless vigor of its life. When studying a university's organization,the above-mentioned aspects should be taken into consideration and the development laws and theoretical research achievements about enterprises cannot be copied totally. |
