民办高校的教学管理及其运行机制

摘    要:民办高校已成为高等教育事业重要组成部分。教学管理水平决定了教学质量的高低。探讨了民办高校教学管理问题,教学管理的核心是制定合理的管理制度,其特点是培养计划制定具有灵活性、实践教学活动具有纵深性、教师科研管理具有流动性。同时分析了当前民办高校的教学管理运行机制主要存在师资队伍结构不合理、培养计划不能真正实施、教学资源得不到合理利用、质量监控评价机制不完善、教学管理制度不科学不健全等问题,并针对这些问题提出教学管理机制的构建应以科学性、效率性、全面性、市场性为原则。

Abstract:Private universities have become an important part of higher education. The level of teaching management determines the level of teaching quality. The authors of this paper inquire into some issues of teaching management in private universities and holds the idea that the kernel of teaching management is to set up reasonable management system, whose characteristics are that the formulation of educational program should have flexibility, teaching activities should be in depth and the management of faulty scientific research should have certain mobility. Meanwhile, the authors analyze some problems in the operative mechanism of teaching management in private universities: the faculty structure' is unreasonable ; the educational program cannot be implemented; teaching recourses are not put to scientific use; the mechanism of quality supervision and assessment is imperfect and the system of teaching management is not scientific or complete. In view of these problems, the authors point out that the principle for setting up the teaching management mechanism should be scientific, efficient, complete as well as market - oriented.
