| 摘 要： | 文化传承与创新是大学的使命。人才资源是国家发展的战略资源。我们要继承和发扬中华民族优秀文化传统,树立人人皆可以成才的观念,对中国高等教育历史上两大传统要进行重新认识,要坚持把促进学生健康成长作为学校的一切工作的重心,要把文化传承创新放在高等教育价值论的首位,高等学校要发挥文化育人的功能,把人性上升到人的社会责任感。
