| 摘 要： | 我国近年来贫富差距不断扩大,就构成这一现状的合法也合理,合法不合理,不合法也不合理的三类情况进行了细致剖析,指出形成贫富差距的本质原因、制度原因和其他原因。同时,就解决这一问题提出要搞好经济建设,重视社会公平,消除农村贫困,规范市场竞争,强化分配制度,发展中西部地区,完善最低工资保障制度等措施建议。以缩小贫富差距,实现共同富裕。
