| 摘 要： | 当前,“互联网+”思维成为社会各个行业创新发展的指导理念,“大数据”成为这个时代新的代名词。将大数据技术引入教育管理实践,构建信息化教育管理模式,可以更好地提升高职院校教育管理工作水平、发挥教育管理的保障作用和培育学生的职业素养。为此,文章通过高职院校教育管理改革的价值分析,明确高职院校教育管理改革的新要求,探讨高职院校教育管理改革的新策略。

| Abstract: | At present,the concept of"Internet plus"has become the guiding concept of innovation and development in various industries.Big data has become a new synonym of this era.Taking big data to educational management practice and constructing the information-based educational management model can improve the level of educational management,play the guarantee role of educational management and cultivate students'professional quality in higher vocational colleges.So,this research clarifies the new requirements and discusses the new strategies of educational management reform in higher vocational education. |
