短跑运动员最大力量和速度力量的训练特征及方法

摘    要:力量素质是短跑运动员重要的专项素质,提高短跑运动员最大力量和速度力量对于提高短跑运动成绩有着十分重要的作用.短跑运动员的力量训练,应结合自身特点,着重发展最大力量和速度力量.不同运动水平运动员在不同发展阶段的生理生化指标是发展最大力量、速度力量的负荷强度定量依据.训练中,要在保证完成动作质量的前提下,对力量训练内容有针对性地加以调配,选择适合不同发展特点运动员的力量发展途径与方法.

Abstract:Strength is one of the important specific qualities for sprinters. To develop maximal strength and speed strength of a sprinter plays an important role in improving the sprinters' results. The strength training of sprinters should be based on their own characteristics and the development of maximum strength and speed strength should be stressed. The physiological and biochemical indexes of sprinters of different athletic level in different phases are the gist for quantifying the training load and intensity for maximum strength and speed strength development. In training under the premise of ensuring the quality of movement performance, the strength training contents should be adjusted pertinently. Ways and methods suitable for strength development of the sprinters with different characteristics should be chosen.
