| 摘 要： | 社区特殊奥林匹克运动作为社区体育的新兴项目和活动内容,保持其在社区内长期、健康、可持续发展,对构建和谐社区,促进社区繁荣与稳定都将产生积极作用,为掌握上海市社区特奥运动的开展现状,寻求相关制约因素,采用数理统计法、问卷调查法、专家访谈法等研究方法,对上海市社区智障人参与特奥运动的状况进行了深入探讨,并通过对影响智障人参与特奥运动程度的相关因素进行分析,针对存在的问题,提出相应的途径和对策。

| Abstract: | Special Olympic Movement as an emerging community sports projects and activities in long-term,healthy and sustainable development,can play a positive role in the building of harmonize communities and promoting prosperity and stability.This paper proceeds with the development actuality of special Olympic Movement in the communities of Shanghai based on the method of questionnaire,expert interview,mathematical statistics,and researches the Special Olympics Movement of the mental retardation persons in community,We also analyze these factors,which affect mental retardation persons to participate in the Special Olympics Movement and put forward the approaches and countermeasures. |
