中日竞走运动员高原训练期间递增负荷运动实验和运动能力的研究

摘    要:对中方10名竞走运动员(世居海拔2260m)和日方10名竞走运动员(居住平原,10m)在青海多巴高原的训练基地(海拔2366m)和平原(海拔10m)训练期间进行了4min递增负荷实验的血乳酸,心率的测试。结果表明:高原训练初期与后期相比,中日双方运动员的无氧阈速度ATV分别由3.of士0.42m/s、2.78±0.52m/s升至3.22±0.25m/s、3.30±0.34m/s,血乳酸一速度曲线右移程度较大。中日运动员高原训练后期和初期的同级负荷运动心率相比均有所降低。同时从ATV与比赛平均速度的相关系数看(男子运动员r=0.85,P<0.01;女子运动员r=0.65,P<0.05)它们之间存在较高度的相关。

Abstract:Blood lactate contents and heart rates of 10 Chinese speed walkers (native of highland with an elevation of 2260 m. )and 10 Japanese speed walkers (native of plain, 10 m. above sea level)were tested by theincremental loads experiments for 4 minutes during altitude training on Duoba training base with an elevationof 2366 m. in Qinghai province and during plain training on the place of 10 m. above sea level. The resultsshowed that at the end of the altitude training the ATV of both the Chinese and Japanese walkers increased0. 21 m/s,and 0. 52 m/s, respectively,compared with that at the beginning of altitude training. And the lactate-velocity curve shifted rightward. By the end of the altitude training the heart rates at every step of theexperiment decreased,as compared with those at the beginning of the altitude training. And there was an obvious relation between the correlative coefficient of the ATV and the average racing speed. (For the malewalkers r=0. 85,P<0. 01,and for the female walkers r= 0. 65,P<0. 05)
