| 摘 要： | 中国是龙狮运动的发源之地。在中国的文化中,龙有着重要的地位和影响,上下数千年,龙已渗透了中国社会的各个方面,成为一种文化的凝聚和积淀,同时,它又是民族传统体育活动的重要项目之一。龙是一种精神———中华民族的精神;龙是一种标志———中华民族的象征;龙是一种力量———中华民族团结的合力。舞龙运动具有娱乐健身性,在中国又具有广泛的群众普及性。因此,全民健身运动要普及舞龙运动。文章提出从中小学开始普及,建立舞龙等级制,要以竞赛促发展,以俱乐部形式,依托社会力量发展舞龙运动,从而达到全面提高中华民族的体质和健康水平,基本建成具有中国特色的全民健身体系。

| Abstract: | China is the hometown of the dragon dancing exercise. The dragon plays an important role in the Chinese culture and for thousands of years it has penetrated into Chinese society and become a kind of cultural cohesion and accumulation. Meanwhile, dragon dancing is one of the main events of traditional Chinese sports. Dragon is the spirit and symbol of the Chinese nation; it is the power of the united Chinese nation. Dragon dancing is entertainable, hence it is popular with people. Therefore, it should be popularized in mass sports. The paper proposes that dragon dancing should be taught at primary and high schools and different levels should be established to promote the development through competition. Besides, it should be developed in the form of clubs and rely on social support so as to enhance the overall physique and health of the Chinese nation and form a bodybuilding system with Chinese characteristics. |
