| 摘 要： | 摘要：为了提供世界跆拳道女子运动员最新的、最高水平的技术特征；为我国优秀跆拳道运动员训练和比赛提供最新的、可靠的数据；也为我国女子跆拳道运动今后的技术训练提供有价值的参考。以2013年世界跆拳道锦标赛女子决赛共计8个级别25局的比赛为研究对象，运用录像观察和专家访谈等方法，对运动员运用有效技术动作、使用腿法、得分、警告等进行统计，分析世界跆拳道女子最高水平的技术特点。得出结论：1）、横踢和侧踢是世界优秀运动员使用最多和得分最高的2项技术。2）、侧踢高位和高横踢是世界高水平运动员高位得分的主要技术，尤其是侧踢高位已成为得分最多、命中率最高的技术。3）、单腿连击技术使用率高。

| Abstract: | Abstract: This study aimed at providing the newest and highest-level technique characteristics of female taekwondo athletes in the world for the technique training and competition of China elite athletes. Taken eight-level 25 finals in 2013 World Taekwondo Championships as subjects, this study collected the data of effective technique movement, leg movement, score and warning, and analyzed the highest-level technique characteristics of female taekwondo athletes in the world, by the methods of video observation and expert interview. Conclusions: 1) Horizontal kick and side kick are the two highest scoring techniques used mostly of elite athletes in the world. 2) High horizontal kick and high side kick are the main techniques for scoring, and high side kick is the technique to gain most sores and have highest hit rate. 3) The technique of single leg serial kicks is mostly used. |
