| 摘 要： | 摘要：面对2020年青少年体质实现‘触底反弹’”的政府“承诺”，学校体育改革向纵深推进已刻不容缓。采用文献法，指出当前我国学校体育发展存在着指导思想迷失、发展格局封闭、实然地位的边缘、体质情结的泛滥、考试体育的追逐等十大新老问题。研究指出，处于新的历史发展阶段的学校体育应该在完善体育核心价值的基础上，通过引入社会力量激发活力，通过体制创新凸显专业力，通过培育新的增长点以实现体育增殖,进而实现从承诺向现实的转变并开创学校体育新局面。

| Abstract: | Abstract: Facing the government commitment about bottom-bounce of teenager physical fitness, it has great urgency to deepen the reform of school physical education. This paper put forward ten issues, such as disoriented guiding ideology, isolated development pattern, actual decline or marginalization, dominating physical ability complex, pursuing the examination-oriented physical education, by the method of literature review. This study pointed out that, in the new stage of historical development, school physical education should improve its core value to realize proliferation of physical education by the way of introducing social power, innovating system, and cultivating new growth points. At last the government commitment will become reality and secure a safer future for school physical education. |
