| 摘 要： | 灵敏素质是学生身体素质的重要组成部分,灵敏素质随年龄增长的发展变化规律对于运动员早期选材及体育教学内容的选择具有重要意义。目前我国《国家学生体质健康标准》中关于灵敏素质的测试内容与方法都存在一定的问题,无法准确反映出学生身体灵敏素质的真实情况,影响了学生体质测试的信度。本研究提出了六角反应球测试灵敏素质方法较好地体现了灵敏素质包含的环境随机性变化特点,比较符合灵敏素质的概念要求,测试工具与方法简便易行。通过对7～12岁学生灵敏素质测试结果分析表明,男女生的灵敏性存在性别上的差异,7～12岁男生与女生灵敏性随年龄增长而逐渐提高的变化趋势,男生灵敏性最佳年龄在11岁,女生则出现在10岁。

| Abstract: | Sensitive quality is an important component of the physical quality of students.The quality of the development of sensitive variation with age for early selection of athletes and sports teaching content selection is important.At present,there are some problems in the testing content and methods of the agility test in China’s National Students Physical Health Standard,which can not accurately reflect the agility quality of students and affect the reliability of the test.This study proposes a hexagonal ball reaction test method to better reflect the environmental random feature of the agility quality.It is more in line with the concept of agility requirements,and the testing tools and methods are easy.Through testing the agility of the students aged from 7 to 12,the research finds that agility is different between boys and girls.Although the agility of both girls and boys aged 7 to 12 increase with the age increasing,boys have the best agility at 11 years old while girls reach the best agility at 10 years old. |
