| 摘 要： | 改革20多年来,中国现代经济发展迅猛,对中国女子体育发展影响深刻,一面为中国女子体育奠定了财物保障、时间保障、思想观念、政策扶持等基础,取得举世瞩目的 成就,同时,又因经济变革中存在的问题而制约女子体育的发展,存在体制不完善、竞技体育整体实力不足、经费欠缺资源配置失衡、竞技体育与学校体育、大众体育发展不协调等问题.预计未来中国女子体育将在科学发展观指导下,以奥运争光计划和全民健身计划为重点,通过深化体育体制改革、科技训练增竞技实力、夯实学校体育基础、大力推进全民健身、积极培育体育市场等,逐步解决发展中存在的问题,使女子竞技体育与学校体育、大众体育协调发展,女子体育取得更大成就.

| Abstract: | Economic in China has been developing rapidly in the past two decade.Such reform has had a significant impact on the development of women's sports.On the one hand,such reform has guaranteed finance and time,and has change ideology and policy,for the development.It had established an amazing accomplishment.However,on the other hand,the development of women's sports is still frustrated by several obstructions in the course of economic reform.The system exists several problems: the overall capacity of athletics sports is insufficient;the fund is insufficient;resources are unequally distributed;athletics sports,sports of the school,and masses' development of sports are unequally weighted.It is estimated that Chinese women's sports will be in Olympic Games Plan and Whole-Peop1e Health-Building Plan as the focal point under the guidance of scientific development view in the future,through deepened sports system reforms,advanced science and technology training,increased school sports foundation,advanced education for sportswomen,advanced nationwide fitness programs,cultivated sports market,etc.The government should actively bring forth such reforms in a more cost-effective manner to solve the present problems while developing progressively,to make woman's athletics sports develop with sports of the school and masses' sports in harmony,and to make greater achievement in women's sports. |
