| 摘 要： | "包容性增长"虽然最初只是个经济学的概念,但其中所蕴含人文内涵与精神实质在许多方面与我国竞技体育可持续发展相契合。基于这一理念,本文探讨了中国竞技体育发展中包容性增长理念的缺失,主要包括:运动项目发展的不均衡、竞技体育区域发展的不平衡、竞技体育人才培养的低效率、运动员文化水平的低下以及运动员社会保障的不足等。在此基础上,文章从以下三个方面分析了中国竞技体育实现包容性增长的途径:1)实现竞技体育运动项目和区域的均衡发展,促进中国竞技体育的全面进步;2)兼顾效率与公平,实现中国竞技体育的可持续发展;3)全民共享体育发展成果,实现中国的群众体育和竞技体育协调发展。

| Abstract: | Although inclusive growth is originally only an economic concept,its humanistic connotation and spiritual essence is on good terms with the sustainable development of Chinese competitive sports.From the perspective of inclusive growth,this paper explored the non-inclusive growth problems including imbalance of sports items,regional imbalance of competitive sports level,low efficiency in athletics’ training,athletics’ low intellectual level and the absence of athletics’ social security.Based on that,approaches which will implement the inclusive growth of Chinese competitive sports were explored from the following three aspects:Firstly,keeping balanced development in both sports items and different regions to boost the comprehensive improvement of Chinese competitive sports;secondly,achieving the highest efficiency and the most fairness to enforce the sustainable development of Chinese competitive sports;thirdly,communal sharing the fruit of sports to achieve the coordinated development of the public sports and the competitive sports. |
