| Abstract: | For a long period of time physical education in colleges and universities has been short of integrated and comprehensive coordination. Physical education teaching has not been in organic combination with physical activities after school and the social physical education cause. Physical education workers in colleges and universities should objectively understand and evaluate the training functions of physical education. By taking the construction of sport-culture as the masterstroke in colleges and universities a physical education system suited to the development of the 21st century will be made up. |
