| 摘 要： | 采用"运动员应激量表"对陕西省女子摔跤运动员进行调查研究,结果表明:优秀运动员在运动受伤、比赛失利、内外压力三个因子上得分高于一般水平运动员,其中运动受伤、内外压力两个因子上出现非常显著差异.根据测试结果,对运动员在大赛前存在的内外压力、过多考虑比赛结果等方面的心理应激问题,进行有针对性的、广泛的心理咨询和心理训练,实践表明,心理咨询和心理训练有效地促进了比赛任务的完成,提高了运动员应对心理应激的能力.

| Abstract: | The article studied female wrestles of Shaanxi province by using the psychological stress scale of athlete,the results show that,compared with common wrestlers,elite female wrestlers have high marks in "sport injury,defeat in competition,pressure of inner and outer",in which notable differences exist in sport injury,pressure of inner and outer.On the basis of test,to solve the problem of psychological stress about the inner and outer pressure and too much thinking the results before competitions,the author makes broad psychological consultation and psychological training.Practice shows that psychological consultation and psychological training help to accomplish their competitive task and enhance ability of coping psychological stress. |
