| 摘 要： | 摘要：近年来，搏击类商业比赛日益盛行，然而赛场上不时出现的运动员受伤甚至死亡现象给搏击类竞赛的健康发展蒙上了一层阴影，因此构建更完善的保险制度势在必行。我国现有的体育保险制度存在额度低、覆盖面窄、责任认定不清等问题，究其原因是我国搏击类竞赛保险制度起步较晚，搏击类项目较其他体育项目有更大的风险，且搏击类竞赛商业运作尚未成熟。对比西方发达国家较为成熟的体育保险制度，通过专家访谈与实地调研，认为我国需要从法规制定、监管落实、制度创新等面来完善搏击类商业比赛保险制度。

| Abstract: | Abstract: In recent years, fight business competition is becoming more and more popular. However, the phenomenon of athletes'' injuries and even death in the competitions from time to time has cast a shadow on the healthy development of fight competition, so it is imperative to build a more perfect insurance system. The currency insurance system in China has some problems, such as low quota, narrow coverage and unclear responsibility. The reasons are that the fight insurance system in China started late, the fight competition has more risk than other sports, and the business operation of fight competition has not become mature. Compared with the more mature sports insurance system in western developed countries, through expert interview and field investigation, we think that China needs to improve the insurance system of fight business competition from the aspects of regulations formulation, supervision and implementation, system innovation and so on. |
