摘    要:摘要:PCK是教师专业知识的核心要素,是教师必需的专业知识之一。本文运用文献资料法、专家访谈法,在PCK视域下反思和探究职前体育教师教育的问题、启示及策略。研究发现,职前体育教师教育存在课程衔接不足、忽视学科知识间的联系与融合、课程理论知识缺乏、教学理论与教学实践失衡、教学反思意识培养欠缺等问题。在此基础上,依据PCK理论,从教师教育理念、学科知识教学、教学实践能力培养、职前体育教师学习评价四个方面提出职前体育教师教育的应然走向。并依据存在的问题及应然走向,从加强学科知识的联系与融合、重视课程理论知识、构建以“学习理解—应用实践—迁移创新”为路径的递进式实践教学模式、建立“理论、技能、创新并重”的多元评价模式等方面提出PCK视域下职前体育教师教育发展策略,以期为职前体育教师教育发展提供有益的参考。

Abstract:Abstract: Pedagogical content knowledge (PCK) is the core element of professional knowledge required by teachers in their education program. From the perspective of PCK, the problems, enlightenments and strategies of pre-service PE teacher education (PETE) were explored in this study by the methods of literature review and expert interview. The results showed that: Many problems existed in pre-service PETE, including Lack of curriculum cohesion, neglect of the connection and integration of subject knowledge, lack of curriculum theoretical knowledge, imbalance between teaching theory and teaching practice, and lack of cultivation of teaching reflective consciousness. On this basis, according to PCK theory, this study put forward the trend of pre-service physical education teacher education from four aspects: teacher education concept, subject knowledge teaching, teaching practice ability training and pre-service physical education teacher learning evaluation. According to the existing problems and the trend of development, this study also put forward the development strategies of pre-service PETE in the perspective of PCK: strengthening the connection and integration of subject knowledge, paying attention to curriculum theoretical knowledge, constructing a progressive practical teaching mode based on the path of "learning comprehension-application practice-migration and innovation", and establishing a multi-evaluation mode of "laying equal stress on theory, skill and innovation". The study hoped to provide useful reference for the development of pre-service physical education teachers.
