| 摘 要： | 摘要：结合生态学食物链网理论，对能够有充裕的时间编织自己的休闲链的老年人在公园这一特定公共空间中的休闲体育活动进行深入的个案考察与分析。研究过程中主要运用田野调查法与文献法来搜集相关直接和间接资料与数据。研究发现：公园可以满足老年人身、心两个维度多层次、多类型的休闲需要，结合时空便利、个人特长和兴趣爱好，使他们可以从容的编织自己的休闲体育生态链网。根据生态链的不同类型制定了相应的干预原则，进而，为丰富老年人的公园休闲链网结构制定了具体的干预措施。以进一步提高公园老年休闲体育服务水平，实现我国老龄化背景下公园老年休闲体育生态的可持续繁荣。

| Abstract: | Abstract: With the theory of ecological chain, this study did an in-depth case study on leisure sports activities of the elderly in park who have abundant time to weave their leisure chains. Study used the methods of filed investigation and literature review to collect direct and indirect data and data, and found that parks can meet the needs of the elderly in physical, psychological, mental, and interpersonal aspects; the elderly can easily weave their own leisure sports ecological chain with the convenience of space-time, personal specialty and interest. This study formulated corresponding intervention principles according to the different types of ecological chain and made specific intervention measures to enrich the structure of the leisure chain. It wanted to further improve the service level of leisure sports for the elderly in the park, and realize the sustainable prosperity of the leisure sports ecology in the park under the background of aging in China. |
