| 摘 要： | 采用文献资料法等对我国甲A和欧洲四大联赛职业足球运动员的年龄、身高、体重3项指标进行统计分析。主要结论:我国职业足球运动员的平均身高与欧洲四大联赛运动员相一致;平均年龄和平均体重与欧洲四大联赛运动员存在较大差距;我国职业联赛足球运动员的年龄结构不尽合理。建议:强化青少年运动员技战术和个人对抗能力的训练;合理调整我国足球运动员的年龄结构,加强运动员的自我管理和医务监督,延长运动员的运动寿命。

| Abstract: | Through the method of literature review, the paper first makes statistical analyses of the age, height and weight of Chinese players and those of 4 leading European Series A. It comes up with the following conclusions: there does not exist a great discrepancy between the average height of the Chinese and European players; as for the average height and age, there is a big gap between them; the conformation of Chinese players awaits readjustment. The paper ends with three suggestions: first, it is urgent to readjust the conformation of Chinese football players; second, it is necessary to strengthen the skill and person-to-person confrontation training of juvenile players; third, it is urgent to lengthen their career by improving self-management and strict medical control. |
