| 摘 要： | 采用文献资料、访问调查、问卷调查、数理统计等研究方法,运用行为学通过对大学生体育弱势群体体育行为特征及其影响其体育行为的因素进行研究。结果表明:大学生体育弱势群体的身体锻炼参与率总体水平较低,其中,体育锻炼参与率男生高于女生;乡村学生高于城镇学生;体育锻炼项目选择受学生身体条件的限制较大,心理是影响学生体育锻炼的主要因素之一,据此提出相应对策。
