| 摘 要： | 对快速力量性项群 5 0名男性运动员和 2 0名男性无系统训练的学生 ,于安静、递增负荷运动和恢复状态 ,进行超声心动实验并相互对照。实验结果表明 ,快速力量性项群运动员所处的训练体系 ,对心脏形态和机能能够产生显著的适应性改变。

| Abstract: | A series of echocardiograms were made on 50 male athletes of speed strength events and groups and on 20 students without systematic training under different experimental conditions-at rest, during upgrading loads and during recovery. Then the two groups were compared each other. The results of the experiment indicated that the training system for athletes of speed strength events and groups could lead to a remarkable adaptive change in cardiac shapes and functions. |
