运动与注射IGF-1对大鼠骨骼肌mTOR、AR蛋白表达的影响

摘    要:目的:观察运动、注射IGF-1对大鼠骨骼肌内IGF-1含量、mTOR、AR蛋白表达的影响,探讨IGF-1对mTOR、AR的调节作用。方法:雄性成年SD大鼠24只,随机分为4组,安静对照组(C)、安静+IGF-1注射组(CI)、运动组(E)、运动+IGF-1注射组(EI),每组6只。运动方案为60 min/d,强度20 m/min,坡度10%,持续一周的跑台训练。每天训练后大鼠小腿后侧皮下注射IGF-I,对照组注射安慰剂。最后一次运动后6 h取胫骨前肌,测定IGF-1含量、mTOR、AR蛋白表达。结果:1)与C组比较,E、EI组骨骼肌内IGF-1含量、mTOR蛋白表达显著升高;2)C、CI、E、EI组骨骼肌内AR蛋白表达呈下降趋势。结论:1周耐力运动可导致肌肉内IGF-1含量、mTOR蛋白表达显著增加,而肌肉中AR蛋白表达却呈现出下降趋势,其原因有待于进一步研究。
