| 摘 要： | 通过对冬泳人群的实际测试,观察冬泳锻炼对老年人的血脂、血清炎性因子的影响,为冬泳科学健身和预防心血管疾病提供理论依据。方法:取参加冬泳锻炼3 a以上健康老年男性35人(平均年龄64.71岁±4.1岁)为冬泳组,取沈阳市沈飞社区退休健康男职工15人(平均年龄65.39岁±4.3岁)为对照组。测试对象均身体检查正常,冬泳组保持5次锻炼以上/周,并且进行两年跟踪测试。结果表明:冬泳运动可以降低血浆LDL、TG、TC水平和提高HDL-C水平的作用,冬泳人群组血清TNF-α、IL-6水平显著低于对照组(P0.05),且血清APN水平显著高于对照组(P0.05)。

| Abstract: | by testing the aged people,the paper explored the question whether the winter swimming exercise could improve the blood fat level and prevent the occur and development of the atherosclerosis,and provided the theory basis for the prevention of cardiovascular disease and defering senility.Method: 35 healthy aged men(64.71±4.1) were selected as the winter swimming group and 15 healthy retired men(with average age of 65.39±4.3) in the Shenfei community in Shenyang were selected as the control group.All the people attending the test has health medical record.The winter swimming teams maintain at least five exercises per week and two years’ tracking test were conducted.The result showed that winter swimming could reduce the level of LDL、TG、TC and increased the level of HDL-C.The level of TNF-α、IL-6 of the men in the winter swimming group were lower obviously than that of the control group(P<0.05),and the level of serum APN of the winter swimming group was obviously higher than control group(P<0.05). |
