| 摘 要： | 艺术类院校是高校中一类相对特殊的学校,研究不同专业学生的体质状况为改进艺术类院校体育课程设置及体育教学提供依据。通过现场测试法、数理统计法,对北京市五所艺术类院校的2009、2010级本科生进行体质测试并对测试数据进行分析,研究结果表明:艺术类院校本科生体质平均分为71.6分,体质状况不容乐观;各年级对学生体质总分的影响受到性别因素调节,即大二男生的体质优于大一男生,而大二女生体质较大一女生差;学生身高体重指数、肺活量体重指数、上肢力量一般,心肺耐力和下肢力量较差。

| Abstract: | Art colleges are relatively special in various universities.Research on physical fitness of students helps consummate curriculum of physical education and provides evidence for improving teaching and learning activities.This paper uses methods of field testing and mathematical statistics to analyze the physical fitness data of 2009 and 2010 grade undergraduate students from five art colleges in Peking.the following conclusions are: the average point of physical fitness level is 71.6,which is not optimistic;The influencing factors to the physical fitness of the students of different grades is adjusted by gender difference.To be specific,the fitness level of sophomore male students is better than freshman male students;however,compared with the fitness level of freshman female students,sophomore female students is weaker;student body mass index,lung capacity,and general upper body strength is at the average level;while their body mass index,cardiovascular endurance and lower extremity strength is poor. |
