| 摘 要： | 音乐与体育有着十分密切的联系。以北京体育大学体育艺术系学生的教学实验为依据,探讨了体育艺术系学生音乐教学的内容、途径和安排;重点分析健美操、体育舞蹈和艺术体操项目的音乐节奏特点极其训练手段,指出现代体育中音乐运用的发展趋势。

| Abstract: | Music and sport are closely linked.Based on teaching experiments of students in sports art department of Beijing Sports University,this paper explores its teaching contents,methods and arrangements of music education for the students,analyses the characteristics of musical rhythm and training means of such sports as aerobic,sports dance and rhythmic gymnastics to combine musical courses with physical training based on my own experiences of teaching rhythmic gymnastics,and summarizes the tendency of music used in modern sports. |
